These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GLP Keeper mobile application and website (collectively, "the Service"), operated by Connecting The Dots Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

GLP Keeper is a wellness tracking application designed to help users monitor body metrics, nutrition, and lifestyle patterns after GLP-1 medication use. The Service includes daily logging, AI-powered insights, trend analysis, and educational content.

2. Subscription Plans and Pricing

2.2 Free Trial

New subscribers are eligible for a 7-day free trial. The trial is opt-out: you will not be charged if you cancel before the trial period ends. After the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan at the rate you selected during signup.

2.3 Auto-Renewal

Monthly and Annual subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's App Store or Google Play settings at any time.

3. California Automatic Renewal Law (ARL) 2025 Compliance

In accordance with California Business and Professions Code Section 17600 et seq. (as amended effective July 1, 2025):

3.1 Explicit Consent

Before any charge, we present the automatic renewal terms clearly and obtain your affirmative, explicit consent separate from any other terms. The consent screen displays the subscription price, billing frequency, free trial duration, and the date of the first charge.

3.2 Click-to-Cancel

You can cancel your subscription with the same ease as signing up. Cancellation is available through:

• The app settings (Account > Subscription > Cancel)
• Your device's App Store or Google Play subscription management
• Email to support@glpkeeper.com (processed within 3 business days)

3.3 Pre-Charge Reminder

We will send you a reminder notification 3–7 days before each renewal charge, including the renewal amount and instructions for cancellation.

3.4 90-Day Auto-Pause

If you have not actively used the Service for 90 consecutive days, we will automatically pause your subscription and notify you. No further charges will be made until you reactivate. You can reactivate at any time through the app.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Apple App Store Purchases

In-app purchases made through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple's refund policy. You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase through Apple's Report a Problem page.

4.2 Google Play Purchases

Google Play purchases may be refunded within 48 hours through Google Play, or within 14 days by contacting us directly.

4.3 Prorated Refund

For Annual plan subscribers who cancel after the 14-day window, we offer a prorated refund for the remaining unused months within the first 30 days of the subscription, processed through the original payment method.

5. User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.
• You agree not to use the Service as a substitute for professional medical advice.
• You agree not to share your account credentials or allow others to access your account.
• You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, algorithms, designs, and trademarks within the Service are owned by Connecting The Dots Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all personal data and content you create within the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Connecting The Dots Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Medical Disclaimer

GLP Keeper is a wellness tool, not a medical device or service. The Service does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. AI-generated insights are estimates based on statistical models and should never replace professional medical judgment. 9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, CA, except where prohibited by local law.
